Preventive Plans Workflow

Plan Runner

With this form, execute all active preventive maintenance plans. Once the plan is executed, when value or time-based triggers are set off, work orders will be automatically created.

To access the form:

  1. Select Preventive Plans in the Main Menu Bar.
  2. Press the green action button at the bottom of the Preventive Plans panel.
  3. Select the Run Planner button in the menu to finally open the form.

The form appears as shown below:

In the empty field, type a reason or motive for executing the plan at this moment.

After pressing Send, all active plans will start monitoring to send work orders once time or value metrics are met.
