With the new task followers and task editors option, supervisors and other stakeholders can follow or edit all the tasks within a task group. This new feature simplifies configuring which users can participate in tasks without necessarily having to add them one by one in the list of users assigned to the task.

Stay close to your teams, but with enough distance to let them work freely. Ask your admin to configure this option through the API.

▸▸▸ Better visibility of your tasks means improved efficiency and increased productivity. Configure your settings so that when you open your workflow groups, you can get a glance at all of your tasks. Create custom filters and choose which task view suits you best: List, Kanban, Calendar, Table.

📝 Easily create notes that you can share and edit in real time with other users on the Cotalker platform. With Notes, users can collaborate with all sorts of information to build your company's knowledge base.

The Notes tool uses markdown syntax to help you focus on writing the text and forget about formatting. Notes can be incorporated into tasks, shared through hyperlinks, managed in the Notes dashboard, and submitted through surveys. Furthermore, notes associated with tasks are included in search queries, making your shared knowledge accessible to all users within your company's Cotalker platform.

That's why we've added even more emojis for channel workspace messages, making interaction among those involved in a task quicker and more effective. Forms are essential for gathering and sharing data. That's why we've implemented a new version of the Submit Form Bot. Gather all types of data with our flexible and programable surveys, and now with the power of automation! Easily automate form submissions by making the bots fill them out with the information they gather from your database. 🤖

Keep track of who did what and when. With this new audit log, admins can monitor the creation, modification, deactivation, and activation of user profiles and access roles. See also who, what, and when something was added or modified. The log comes complete with IP address tracker and links to the items in question. Use display filters to easily find the events you need to track.

The bigger your business grows, the more you have to search through information. With our new and improved search tool, queries are carried out through different fields of the Cotalker environment, making it easier and more efficient to find and display results. Search through user, channel, action, properties, and task names. Furthermore, searches are also carried out through tasks' additional information field using stemming – a process that reduces words to their stem or root – allowing a broader range of results.

A job title is more than just a label. It's about how we relate to each other and the responsibilities we have. Our new job titles remake helps express this idea in the Cotalker environment assigning attributes to users within the "pool" of the job title. This new feature allows the creation of groups of users with shared behavior amongst them. One possible implementation of this feature could be managing employee work shifts.
