Easy-peasy setup

Configuring the different Cotalker modules, i.e., workflows, users, access roles, etc., can sometimes seem overwhelming. The new options dialog box makes setting up your modules easier by displaying all possible options in the Administrative Panel's setup fields. The dialog box automatically gathers options, elements, and other modules that can be chosen to set up a module's settings fields. A search tool is also included, making it a breeze to find the setup option you're looking for.

Use your company's Mircosoft Work accounts to simplify user sign-in while adding an extra layer of security. Easily configure Microsoft Azure Active Directory to enable this feature for users in your organization.

Supervise workflows to make work flow.

We make it easier to keep a bird's-eye view of what's going on in your company. With the new task followers and task editors option, supervisors and other stakeholders can follow or edit all the tasks within a task group. This new feature simplifies configuring which users can participate in tasks without necessarily having to add them one by one in the list of users assigned to the task.

Stay close to your teams, but with enough distance to let them work freely. Ask your admin to configure this option through the API.

Build knowledge collaboratively

📝 Easily create notes that you can share and edit in real time with other users on the Cotalker platform. With Notes, users can collaborate with all sorts of information to build your company's knowledge base.

The Notes tool uses markdown syntax to help you focus on writing the text and forget about formatting. Notes can be incorporated into tasks, shared through hyperlinks, managed in the Notes dashboard, and submitted through surveys. Furthermore, notes associated with tasks are included in search queries, making your shared knowledge accessible to all users within your company's Cotalker platform.

Notice: While notes are fully available in tasks, the Notes dashboard is still in its alpha phase and is subject to change.

The search tool has also been enhanced to make it even easier to search through your data. 🔎 Search queries can now even go through your shared documents and notes, allowing your company to make easier use of its growing knowledge base.

That's why we've added even more emojis for channel workspace messages, making interaction among those involved in a task quicker and more effective.
