To improve users' experience, we have made the task view the initial default view for displaying task groups. Elements are the key to managing data within the Cotalker environment. Elements can represent assets, determine workflow characteristics, indicate survey availability, filter task permissions, and much more. Handling elements and the intricate connection between them can sometimes seem complicated, especially when elements have various levels of child or sub-elements. To improve user experience, we decided to implement a new Element Manager. The new user interface employs a hierarchical tree display that lets you view all levels of elements and sub-elements at a glance and edit them accordingly.

Configure webhooks to set triggers that automatically send event data to another server in real time. This feature allows data collected by Cotalker to be sent and used in other systems. For example, a user can submit a form powered by Cotalker, and the data is immediately sent to an external server for further use. Things like purchase orders, maintenance notifications, and much more can be easily shared with other systems. Webhooks expand Cotalker's capabilities, making it the all-in-one solution your company needs.

Keep useful search keywords handy.

🔎 Search history has been added to the Search Bar to help users quickly access the data they've been searching through. All search queries that returned a utilized response will be stored during the user's session. The stored keywords are displayed on the Search Bar's dropdown menu.

Send map coordinates from here or anywhere.

🌎 The updated component lets users submit any geolocation through a survey form question using an embedded Google Maps tool. Previously, only the user's current GPS location could be submitted, now they can also submit any other location by writing an address or moving the pin on the map.
📍 This update will help you and your organization gather more and better location data. Submitted survey location questions will return an address and map image on the channel workspace. In the backend, you can also recover latitude and longitude coordinates.

More info, fewer messages!

Messages have just been improved to enhance automated messaging. The new enriched message format displays URL preview cards, extra data, contact information, and task summaries when users hover over keywords in channel messages. Enriched messages are sent through API requests that can be incorporated into bot routines. URL links sent by users directly through a channel are automatically formatted to include hover-over URL preview cards.
