The task view is a graphic interface to visualize tasks at a glance. It's an easy way to search for and manage tasks while getting a general idea of the status of tasks in your company. To improve users' experience, we have made the task view the initial default view for displaying task groups. This user interface redesign allows task processes and communication channels to co-exist side-by-side, further making Cotalker the all-in-one solution for your organization's process management needs.

Elements are the key to managing data within the Cotalker environment. Elements can represent assets, determine workflow characteristics, indicate survey availability, filter task permissions, and much more. Handling elements and the intricate connection between them can sometimes seem complicated, especially when elements have various levels of child or sub-elements. To improve user experience, we decided to implement a new Element Manager. The new user interface employs a hierarchical tree display that lets you view all levels of elements and sub-elements at a glance and edit them accordingly.
Set your triggers and fire away!
Configure webhooks to set triggers that automatically send event data to another server in real time. This feature allows data collected by Cotalker to be sent and used in other systems. For example, a user can submit a form powered by Cotalker, and the data is immediately sent to an external server for further use. Things like purchase orders, maintenance notifications, and much more can be easily shared with other systems. Webhooks expand Cotalker's capabilities, making it the all-in-one solution your company needs.
Keep your tasks and messages organized in one place.
A message notification icon now appears on task information cards while in task list and kanban views. This allows users to take full advantage of tasks views and manage task related communications simultaneously. We make your work flow!
Keep useful search keywords handy.
🔎 Search history has been added to the Search Bar to help users quickly access the data they've been searching through. All search queries that returned a utilized response will be stored during the user's session. The stored keywords are displayed on the Search Bar's dropdown menu.
Send map coordinates from here or anywhere.
🌎 The updated component lets users submit any geolocation through a survey form question using an embedded Google Maps tool. Previously, only the user's current GPS location could be submitted, now they can also submit any other location by writing an address or moving the pin on the map.
📍 This update will help you and your organization gather more and better location data. Submitted survey location questions will return an address and map image on the channel workspace. In the backend, you can also recover latitude and longitude coordinates.
No internet, no problem!
The Offline Mode lets you use your Cotalker mobile app without an internet connection. View the latest synced data, register information, and update tasks while offline. Automatically send all changes and messages when back online.
Navigate seamlessly through tasks and channels.
We restyled our channel workspaces to make the visual design across the Cotalker platform more consistent. This update aims to provide a user interface that helps users navigate seamlessly through tasks and channels. You will notice that changes have been made to the group panel's channel and title bars. Also, the channel workspace settings panel has been updated. Enjoy!

Messages have just been improved to enhance automated messaging. The new enriched message format displays URL preview cards, extra data, contact information, and task summaries when users hover over keywords in channel messages. Enriched messages are sent through API requests that can be incorporated into bot routines. URL links sent by users directly through a channel are automatically formatted to include hover-over URL preview cards.
