Easily automate form submissions by making the bots fill them out with the information they gather from your database. 🤖

Keep track of who did what and when. With this new audit log, admins can monitor the creation, modification, deactivation, and activation of user profiles and access roles. See also who, what, and when something was added or modified. The log comes complete with IP address tracker and links to the items in question. Use display filters to easily find the events you need to track.

The bigger your business grows, the more you have to search through information. With our new and improved search tool, queries are carried out through different fields of the Cotalker environment, making it easier and more efficient to find and display results. Search through user, channel, action, properties, and task names. Furthermore, searches are also carried out through tasks' additional information field using stemming – a process that reduces words to their stem or root – allowing a broader range of results.

A job title is more than just a label. It's about how we relate to each other and the responsibilities we have. Our new job titles remake helps express this idea in the Cotalker environment assigning attributes to users within the "pool" of the job title. This new feature allows the creation of groups of users with shared behavior amongst them. One possible implementation of this feature could be managing employee work shifts. Admins can now further define users' faculties over a task's lifecycle in a workflow. With this new security update, users can be required to have specific permissions to change a task's state or create a subtask.

Cotalker's routine automation potential just stepped up a level with its brand new Custom Javascript Code stage-bot. This latest arrival to our army of bots is a powerful tool that runs safely in a sandboxed node.js environment with the ability to extract, process, and return data for use in the rest of your routine. While doing some housework on our BI & SQL database service, we removed the clutter and re-wrote the table names. With our newly instated naming convention, it is now visually easier to understand the content of your SQL database tables. To help make your conversations in chat channels more fluent and participative, you can now react to chat messages with an emoji! Simply right-click on a message bubble and choose react from the menu options. Go to the documentation for more information about this feature and the other chat message menu options.

Through a new stage-bot for your routines, you can now integrate Cotalker with Google Calendar. This integration allows you to create Google Calendar events and send invitations to fellow Cotalkers or external invitees. Invite as many external invitees as you want by just adding their email addresses (even if they're not Gmail accounts).

NOTE: This feature requires that your organization's Google Workspace has domain-wide delegation enabled.

WhatsApp is what's up! By simply adding a stage or step to your routines you can now send messages through WhatsApp. You'll need your recipients' complete international phone number (e.g., +1 234 555-6789), your contract code, and some information to fill up a template.
