Actions Buttons

Overview
Action buttons allow users to carry out all sorts of actions related to groups, channels, and tasks. There are two types of action buttons: group panel action button and channel workspace action button.
Group Panel Actions Button
The Actions button is a green button floating near the bottom of the group panel. It can perform the following actions:
- In workflow groups, create tasks with surveys.
- In standard groups, create new channels.
- In all groups, there can be links to any URL.
The Group Panel's actions button will look something like the image below:
Click anywhere in the darkened area to exit the actions button menu.
Channel Workspace Actions Button
The Actions button is found near the bottom of the channel workspace. You can change a task's state from its channel workspace by using the actions button. If configured, you can also answer any survey associated with the channel by pressing the actions button.
The Channel Workspace's actions button will look something like the image below:
